Hyperbaric Chamber Installation Services
From site planning to a chamber ready for handover.
Ueerl helps you plan the installation, assemble and connect your chamber, test its operation and train the people who will use it. On-site services are arranged for your model, location and agreed project scope.
Before delivery, we review how the equipment will reach your room and what the site needs. This gives you time to prepare access, electrical work and building arrangements before the installation team arrives.

What does Ueerl’s installation service cover?
The service can cover site review, equipment assembly, system connections, commissioning and operator handover. Commissioning means checking the equipment in its installed position before it is handed over for use. Your quotation identifies the services included for your project.
Planning before delivery
Review the selected chamber, room layout, entry route and local power supply. Confirm the placement method and identify site work that needs to be completed in advance.
Installation at your site
Arrange the agreed engineers or technical partners to position, assemble and connect the equipment. Selected modular configurations allow assembly inside the final room.
Testing and user guidance
Complete the agreed operating checks, explain the controls and daily routine, and provide the technical support contact for questions after handover.
Can the chamber fit into my existing room?
Selected Ueerl modular chambers can enter through door openings around 80 cm wide and be assembled inside. Suitability depends on the model and the complete route, so doorway width alone is not enough to confirm access.
A modular chamber arrives in sections. This allows the finished chamber to be wider than the doorway used to bring it into the room. Where access permits, complete-unit placement may be another option.
-
Measure the usable doorway
Send the clear width and height with the door open. The outside dimensions of the frame do not show how much space the equipment has to pass through.
-
Show the route from unloading to the room
Include corridor turns, internal doors, stairs and elevators. For example, a section may fit through the entrance but lack room to turn in the next corridor.
-
Allow room for assembly and servicing
Check space for the chamber, supporting equipment, door movement and maintenance access. Ueerl reviews the proposed layout against your equipment configuration.
What should I prepare before installation?
Prepare a suitable entry route, installation space and the electrical supply required for your chamber. Send the following information to Ueerl before arranging site work or confirming the installation visit.
| Site check | Information to provide | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Entry route | Door openings, corridor turns, stairs, elevator dimensions and load limit. Include photos or a continuous route video. | Helps establish whether the equipment and handling tools can reach the room. |
| Room layout | Room length, width, ceiling height and the proposed equipment position. | Allows planning for assembly, door opening, supporting equipment and service access. |
| Floor suitability | Installation floor, building restrictions and available structural information. | The floor must support the equipment and occupants. A qualified local professional may need to assess it. |
| Electrical supply | Country, voltage, frequency and details of the available circuit or outlet. | Allows the equipment requirements and any work for your local electrician to be confirmed. |
| Room conditions | Ventilation, temperature conditions and nearby sources of heat or dust. | Helps check the room against the equipment’s operating requirements. |
| Delivery arrangements | Unloading point, building permissions, site contact and available installation dates. | Clarifies shipment receiving, unloading responsibilities and access for the team. |

How does the installation process work?
The team moves from site confirmation to assembly, connections, testing and handover. The exact sequence depends on the chamber and delivery configuration. Installation scheduling includes any required material curing or preparation before testing.
1. Confirm the site and delivery plan
Review the measurements and access information, agree the equipment position and confirm the site is ready. Identify who provides unloading or lifting equipment where needed.
2. Receive and check the equipment
Check shipment condition and supplied components before assembly. Prepare the work area and protect the floor where required for handling and installation.
3. Position, assemble and seal
Position the chamber or assemble its modular sections. Check alignment, secure the specified joints and complete the seals at the relevant chamber interfaces and connection openings.
4. Connect the operating systems
Connect the supplied air, oxygen, control and electrical systems according to the installed configuration. Complete applicable air-conditioning, drainage and accessory connections.
5. Finish and commission
Complete the required sealing checks and finishing work. Check the finished equipment’s operating functions and run the agreed operating-cycle test before handover.
6. Train and hand over
Demonstrate the controls and operating routine to the designated users or staff. Review routine care, emergency procedures and the support contact, and address outstanding installation issues.
Confirm the complete installation schedule. Equipment arrival, mechanical assembly and readiness for use are separate milestones. Site access, sealing work, testing and training all need to be accounted for when arranging your handover date.
What is checked before the chamber is handed over?
The team checks the installed equipment within the agreed commissioning scope. This is important because connections, seals and accessories need to work together in their final position, not simply arrive at the site.
Assembly and sealing
Check the applicable chamber joints, door and window interfaces, connection openings and visible installation finish. Investigate any leakage identified during the prescribed checks.
Operating systems
Check pressure control, oxygen supply, displays, communication and relevant safety functions. Include the installed ventilation, air-conditioning and accessories where applicable.
Completion and handover
Review the agreed operating-cycle check, confirm which tests were completed and address outstanding issues. Keep the operating instructions and equipment identification available for daily use and support.

Training for the people who will use the chamber
The handover session explains how to operate and care for your installed chamber. Arrange for the owner or staff responsible for daily sessions to attend and ask questions on the actual equipment.
-
Daily operation
Learn the pre-use checks, control functions, communication method and the instructed sequence for starting and ending a session.
-
Safety and routine care
Review the chamber’s emergency procedures, approved cleaning methods and maintenance responsibilities. Clarify which tasks require a technician.
-
Support after installation
Confirm how to contact technical support and what details to provide, such as the equipment model, serial number and any screen message or alarm code.
Who handles equipment installation and local site work?
Ueerl provides equipment requirements and the installation services agreed in your order. The customer normally arranges building access and local site preparation. Confirm the responsibilities in writing before the visit.
Confirm with Ueerl
- Equipment layout, module dimensions, weight and electrical requirements.
- Assigned installation personnel and the agreed assembly, commissioning and training scope.
- Installation dates, service costs, handover information and technical support contact.
Arrange at your site
- Building permissions, access and any required floor assessment.
- Qualified local trades for electrical or construction work.
- Receiving, unloading and lifting equipment where these are your responsibility.
Installation questions
Cost and timing are confirmed for your model and site. These answers explain the information needed to plan the service.
Can Ueerl arrange overseas installation?
Yes, on-site installation support can be arranged for applicable overseas projects. Ueerl confirms the engineers or technical partners, availability and costs for your destination. Confirm the installation visit separately from shipping arrangements.
How much does installation cost?
Installation is quoted for the model, location and scope of work. Ask the quotation to identify engineer travel, accommodation, local transport and any specialist handling. Confirm responsibility for shipping, customs and unloading as well.
How long does installation take?
The duration depends on access, the equipment configuration, assembly work and testing requirements. A ready ground-floor room and a modular installation reached by stairs involve different handling work. Ask for the complete schedule, including any curing time, commissioning and training.
Can the chamber be installed on an upper floor?
It may be possible if the access route and floor are suitable. Use the equipment weight and dimensions provided by Ueerl to arrange any required building assessment. The load assessment should consider the chamber, supporting equipment and occupants together.
Will the chamber match my local electrical supply?
Ueerl offers configurations for different international voltage and plug standards. Confirm your country, voltage and frequency before production. Your local electrician should check the circuit against the equipment’s confirmed requirements.
Can my own team carry out the installation?
Confirm this with Ueerl before delivery. Assembly can involve structural joints, seals, electrical connections and pressure-system testing. The required personnel, technical guidance and commissioning arrangement must be agreed for your equipment.
Plan your Ueerl chamber installation
