From Project Plan to Operational Handover
A coordinated delivery process for Ueerl room-style hyperbaric oxygen chambers—covering site review, manufacturing, factory inspection, protective shipping, installation, commissioning and user training.

The chamber arriving is one milestone—not the finish line.
A successful project depends on the chamber, access route, room conditions, support systems and operating team working together. Ueerl coordinates these elements before shipment to reduce avoidable changes at the destination.
Model, configuration, destination and installation conditions are reviewed early.
System checks and project documentation support a controlled release from the factory.
Installation is followed by commissioning, an operating cycle and practical training.
A clear path from requirement to operation
Select a stage to see its purpose, the project output and the information required from the customer.
Requirement & Application Review
We begin with how the chamber will be used, the expected capacity, location, preferred pressure range, interior experience and commercial or residential operating needs. This creates the basis for an appropriate model recommendation.

Site Readiness & Access Review
Room dimensions, doors, corridors, elevators, stairs, turning points, final equipment position, power conditions and service clearances are reviewed. Photos, video and measured drawings help the technical team identify constraints before the order is finalized.

Technical & Commercial Confirmation
The selected model, exterior finish, interior layout, optional systems, electrical specification, delivery scope, trade terms and project documents are consolidated into one confirmation before manufacturing begins.

Manufacturing & In-Process Quality Control
Chamber production, component integration, electrical assembly, air-circuit connections, interior installation and control-system setup are completed within Ueerl’s manufacturing system. Inspection points are applied through the build rather than only at the end.

Factory Inspection & Shipment Release
Before release, the completed system is checked for chamber sealing, pressure operation, oxygen supply, ventilation, controls, communication, electrical functions and applicable safety mechanisms. Shipping is authorized after required checks and project documentation are completed.

Protective Packaging & Global Logistics
Modules and supporting equipment are protected, identified and packed for the confirmed transport route. Shipment documents, destination details and handoff responsibilities are coordinated according to the agreed trade terms and local import requirements.

Installation & Site Commissioning
According to the agreed project scope, engineers or technical partners position and assemble the chamber, connect supporting systems and carry out site checks. A complete operating cycle verifies the installed system in its actual environment.

Training, Acceptance & Handover
Operators are introduced to pre-use checks, normal start-up and shutdown, control settings, communication, pressurization and decompression, cleaning, routine care and emergency procedures. The project moves to after-sales support after handover.

Every project moves faster when ownership is clear.
Responsibilities are confirmed in the project agreement. The framework below shows how Ueerl and the customer typically coordinate.
Engineering & Supply
Model recommendation, technical confirmation, production, factory inspection, packing information, operating documentation and the agreed installation-support scope.
Manufacturer ResponsibilitySite & Local Readiness
Accurate site measurements, approved access route, suitable room and utilities, import or receiving coordination, unloading arrangements and personnel for training.
Project-Site ResponsibilityApproval & Handover
Final configuration approval, delivery schedule alignment, arrival inspection, commissioning coordination, acceptance records and communication after handover.
Shared Control PointFour site details to confirm early
Final requirements vary by chamber model, configuration and local site. Ueerl’s technical team confirms the applicable values before production and installation.
Access Route
Door width and height, corridor width, corners, stairs, elevator dimensions, loading access and final turning clearance.
Room & Service Space
Usable floor area, ceiling height, entrance direction, operator position and maintenance clearances around the chamber and main unit.
Utilities & Environment
Power specification, grounding, ventilation, operating environment and any destination-specific electrical or facility conditions.
Receiving & Installation
Unloading path, temporary storage, building access permission, installation window, local contact and designated operating personnel.

CheckedBefore Release
The system is reviewed as a complete chamber—not as separate components.
Inspection scope is matched to the model and confirmed configuration. The core review typically covers the following functional groups before shipment release.
Sealing, air tightness and pressure-retention review.
Pressurization, stability, relief and decompression functions.
Oxygen supply, ventilation, controls and communication.
Electrical operation and applicable automatic and manual functions.
Packing, shipping and arrival are managed as one chain.
Transport method, shipment responsibilities, customs documents and site receiving arrangements are confirmed for the specific destination and agreed trade terms.

Identified & Protected
Modules, main unit and accessories are checked against the confirmed project before protective packing.

Coordinated Shipment
Consignee data, shipping route, transport documents and milestone communication are aligned before dispatch.

Received & Positioned
Arrival condition, unloading route, component inventory and installation readiness are reviewed before assembly begins.
A documented handover supports consistent daily operation.
The exact document package depends on the model, configuration, destination and contractual scope.

Installed. Tested. Explained.
The handover is completed only after the installed chamber has been checked in its operating environment and the designated personnel have been introduced to the correct workflow.
